Colorguard Auditions Colorguard auditions will be held on Monday February 16th. Practices will begin January 26 at 3:45 till 4:15 each monday until audition day.
High School Quiz Bowl High School Quiz Bowl: Spring competitions will be on Wednesday March 18 and Monday March 23. If you would like to be on the high school quiz bowl team, contact Mrs. Niedbalski
Valentine's Night Out -February 13th Valentine’s Night Out 25th Annual Dinner and Fund-Raiser to benefit KCHS Activities! The night includes a buffet dinner, silent and live auctions, casino night, bingo, raffle prizes, and a $1,000 GRAND PRIZE DRAWING! Tickets are $35 each and include entry into the $1,000 drawing. Can't make it, but still want to support the students? Donate your meal ticket to a priest, sister, teacher or someone else and we will still enter you for the grand prize! (need not be present to win). All Activities Members will be selling these tickets starting on Tuesday, January 13th, 2015
Trap Team Members!! Hi All, This year we will be having our meeting at the Range instead of KCHS on Sunday Feb. 1st at 2pm. Please bring a parent along with to this meeting. It is important to know who is going to shoot because State and conference has changed as I have to send them their rosters by Mar 2nd of this year. Please bring your Hunter Ed number along with to the meeting. Please let anyone know that I do not have an email for. If you cannot make it, please set up a time to meet with me at my office. REMINDER TO STUDENTS WHO DRIVE TO SCHOOL...PRIMARILY SENIORS... Teacher parking is from the front sidewalk west to the stop sign, and around the corner to the back door driveway. Students, please do not park in these areas, or in the visitor parking. Students parking in these areas from now on will be assessed a $5 parking fine. Seniors may also lose their privileges.

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a leadership training program sponsored by Rotary which encourages and rewards outstanding young people who want to become better leaders. Seniors Attention KCHS Seniors who turn 18 before May 19th. Rotary District 5630 is excited to announce the “Global Experience in Haiti” for district youths. This is a 7 to 10 day trip to Haiti between May 19th and June 3rd for two youths from the district, ages 18 to 26, to engage in an international service project with other Rotarians, exchange ideas, and “Light Up Rotary”. The district will cover transportation costs for the two selected youths. Driver Education Scholarships Applications for scholarships to assist with the cost of driver education are available in the school office.
SODA Skate SODA SKATE on Feb 1, Sunday, 1-3, $6 entry fee $4 skate rental at the Viaero Events Center. It is an Open Skate. May bring money for other snack.
Kearney Little League Registration "KEARNEY LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL REGISTRATION FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2015 SEASON IN PERSON REGISTRATION: Harmon Park Activity Center – 3100 5th Avenue Monday - March 2nd – 6:00PM – 9:00PM ONLINE REGISTRATION: Begins 1/1/15 @ kearneylittleleague.org Cost: $60 per player for Daytime Program, $65 per player for Evening Program. 2 player discount is $5, 3 player discount is $20.
